Deposits

Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Deposit Amount: The required deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and is applied towards the total cost of your service.

 

Cancellations

Notice Required: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least [insert number of days] days' notice. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients on our waiting list.

Arriving late for an appointment may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule your appointment, in which case, the deposit will be forfeited.
