Introduction

Welcome to our Ombré Powder Brows Workshop. By registering for our workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

Registration and Payment

Workshop Fees: The full payment for the workshop must be made at the time of registration.

Inclusions: The workshop fee covers training, materials, and access to equipment necessary for the duration of the course.

Method of Payment: Payments can be made via bank deposit/transfer or cash.

Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made towards the workshop are non-refundable. This policy applies to all participants without exception.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

By the Participant: If you are unable to attend the workshop for any reason, you may not request a refund. However, you may be eligible to transfer your registration to a future workshop date, subject to availability and at the discretion of the workshop organizer.

By the Organizer: Should the workshop be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to either attend a rescheduled session or transfer their registration to a future workshop date. No refunds will be issued.

Conduct and Participation

Professional Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

Participation: Active participation is encouraged. Participants are expected to engage in all activities and complete the workshop to receive certification.

Intellectual Property

​

Materials Provided: All training materials provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of the organizer. Duplication, sharing, or resale of these materials without explicit permission is prohibited.

Use of Techniques Learned: Participants are free to use the techniques learned during the workshop for personal or professional use. However, teaching these techniques to others without authorization is not permitted.

 

Liability

Personal Injury: The workshop organizer is not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may occur during the workshop. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

Equipment Use: Participants must use the equipment provided during the workshop responsibly. Any damage to workshop property or equipment caused by a participant's negligence may result in a fee to cover repairs or replacement.

 

Amendments

These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by the workshop organizer. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance of the workshop.
